Ingredients
50ml Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka
10ml Sugar syrup
2 lime wedges
2 lemon wedges
Apple juice
Glass
Hiball / water glass
Method
Squeeze the lemons and limes into the glass. Then add ice, Zubrowka and sugar. Stir, then top up with apple juice.
Very refreshing and a lot better than just plain old vodka and apple juice.
Zubrowka is a Polish bison grass infused vodka, made by the company Polmos. It is a myth that the bottle of vodka, gets it's entire flavour from the single strand of bison grass in the bottle. Even though bison grass has a strong flavour, it's not that strong. It is infact properly infused.
